Personal information for booking
For the purposes of booking we require the following personal information:
- first and last name
- age and weight
- phone number
- e-mail

The purpose of collecting personal data
Last name and first name, phone number and e-mail are collected solely for the purposes of communication with the expedition coordinator.
Age and weight are collected to assess the physical fitness of the tour participant.
Bank card data are collected solely for payment purposes.
The piterkayak.com website does not collect or copy bank card data. Payment is carried out at the PAO SBERBANK, payment gateway based on the Internet acquiring services agreement.

Withdrawal of consent to the collection and processing of personal data
You can withdraw your consent to the collection and processing of personal data by writing to team@piterkayak.com
The email should indicate your first and last name and phone number. Upon receipt of this email, all your data will be deleted from the club database.

Personal information for payment
During the payment process at the PAO SBERBANK, license №2673 payment gateway you need to fill in your bank card number, your first and last name (as on the card), the bank card expiry date and the CVC code.

Personal Data Protection
All personal information related to the tour booking is registered in the CRM system AMO CRM and stored in the database of AMO CRM web host service provider.
The confidentiality of the disclosed personal information about the bank card data is ensured by PAO SBERBANK, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Personal Data Transfer Process
For the payment process (entering your card details) you will be redirected to the payment gateway of PAO SBERBANK
Connection to the payment gateway and information transfer are carried out in secure mode under SSL protocol. If your bank supports secure Internet payments, such as Verified By Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, then you may also be required to enter a special password (SMS) to make a payment. The PAO SBERBANK, web site supports 256-bit AES encryption.
Bank card payments are carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the world payment systems Visa int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl.

Kayaking in St Petersburg is a unique experience, however, you acknowledge and agree that:
- this is a sporting event that requires physical activity;
- there is a minimal risk of physical damage;
- there is minimal risk of drowning;
- your personal injuries are at your own risk.

You confirm that you are over 18 years of age and are fully capable. You also confirm that you are liable for the children you accompany aged 14 to 18 years (if one is taking part in the event).
You acknowledge all the risks associated with the activity on the water.
You waive prosecution of the Supplier.
You confirm that you do not have any medical contraindications to moderate physical activity.
You acknowledge that you are able to float on water and can swim at least twenty meters.
You acknowledge and agree that sea kayaking has a certain hazard, and your participation and use of the equipment carries a risk of accidents, including injuries, illnesses or drowning.

These risks and hazards may be caused by:
-your personal negligence;
- inattention or negligence of any third party;
- foreseeable or unforeseeable acts of God;
- capsizing of the kayak when boarding/disembarking or on the route;

You are informed that while in the kayak you must always wear a fastened life-vest.
You agree that you are ready to reimburse for expenses incurred in case of emergency medical or any other care.
You agree to comply strictly with all orders and commands of the kayak guide leading the group.
You shall listen carefully to the Safety Briefing carried out by the kayak guide before kayaking.

Please do not transfer money to the requisites on your own. Booking and payment are only possible via filling out the form on the website.

Participation in the tour is only guaranteed by 100% advance payment which is only possible via filling out the booking form on the website.
We do not accept cash.

Payment is carried out at the Sberbank payment gateway based on the Internet acquiring services agreement. Your issuing bank may require entering a one-time password received by SMS.

Cancellation on the initiative of the Supplier is only possible due to the actions of city authorities or force majeure. In this case, the tour is postponed to any other free date.

Refunds are transferred to the bank account of the payer.

Should you wish or need to cancel the tour the following charges will apply:
- 30 days or more before the start of the tour - 10%;
- 29 - 15 days before the start of the tour - 50%
- 14 - 7 days before the start of the tour - 70%
- less than 6 days before the start of the tour - 100%

The date postponement is possible on the initiative of the participant. In this case the following charges will apply:
- 30 days or more before the start of the tour - no losses
- 29 - 15 days before the start of the tour - 10%
-14 - 7 days before the start of the tour - 50%
- less than 6 days before the start of the tour - 100%

Should the participant wish or need to cancel the tour less than 6 days before the start of the tour it will be possible to change the participant to another one without losses.

The prices for the tours are listed in Russian rubles on the piterkayak.com website. The price includes all taxes, snacks, equipment and work of the kayak guides.

1. Early booking discount is fixed at the beginning of the year, the information is published on the piterkayak.com website
2. Special price for groups (6-people minimum) is provided on request.
3. Birthday discount is provided on request.

The kayak guide manages the group through visual and voice commands. The form and meaning of these commands are explained during the safety briefing.
The kayak guide is authorized to change the route of the group based on the weather conditions, physical state of the group and decisions of the city authorities, water police, Emergency Ministry.

For security reasons, the kayak guide has the authority to deny the participant kayaking in the following cases:
- individuals under the influence of alcohol
- doubts about capability and physical fitness
- doubts about age
- inappropriate or aggressive behaviour

All kayaking participants are provided with bright orange life-vests and waterproof jackets.
The weather and navigation conditions can change quickly and unpredictably. You shall listen to all orders of the kayak guide carefully and follow them unquestioningly.
Occasional wear and tear of equipment is natural (spray skirt leakage, life-vest clips breakage, paddle breakage). Try to inform the kayak guide about any malfunction as soon as possible or in advance.

There is no toilet at the meeting point or at the starting point. There will be a stop at Lebyazhya Kanavka (Swan Canal) for a snack where the participants will have the opportunity to use public toilets in the Mikhailovsky garden or in the Summer garden. Cost - 30 rubles. Please do not drink a lot of water before kayaking!
You can also use public toilets at the finish (open at 10-00) that are a 5-minute walk from the Kryukov Canal.

The information on the website is a public offer. By paying for the tour you agree to the above mentioned terms of the offer.
